No one shall sell, lend, or distribute tobacco that is drugs harmful to juveniles to juveniles.
그럼에도 피고인은 2015. 6. 30. 16:30경 서울 노원구 B아파트 5단지 상가 105호 C공인중개사무소에서, 손님으로 온 청소년 D(16세)의 신분증을 확인하지 않고 청소년유해약물인 ‘레종 아이스 팟’ 2갑을 9,000원에 판매하였다.
