The Plaintiff, on June 18, 2014, concluded a pre-sale agreement with the network D on each real estate stated in the separate sheet, and sought implementation of the procedures for the registration of ownership transfer with respect to the said real estate by declaring the intent of the pre-sale agreement with the Defendants, the heir of the network D.
