1. The plaintiff's lawsuit shall be dismissed.
2. The cost of auction shall be incurred for real estate listed in the annex list to be sold at auction.
1. The intervenor succeeding to the plaintiff;

(However, the “Plaintiff” is deemed to be the Plaintiff’s Intervenor. (B)

2. As the Plaintiff transferred the Plaintiff’s share to the Intervenor succeeding to the Plaintiff on February 9, 2017, while the instant lawsuit was pending, the Plaintiff’s claim for partition of co-owned property on the premise that the Plaintiff is co-owner of the said real estate is unlawful.
(Plaintiff submitted an application for withdrawal from a lawsuit on February 20, 2017, but the withdrawal is not effective without the consent of the Defendants).
