Provided, That each of the above punishments shall be executed for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The Defendants, as a member of the telephone financial fraud organization (one-time “Sing”) organization, are responsible for the false statement to transfer the amount to the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund in order to obtain a loan by phone calls from many unspecified persons as if they were a credit business chain. The Defendants conspired in order to collect cash cards from the account to be used for the crime of telephone financial fraud and to take charge of cash withdrawal.

1. No person who violates the Electronic Financial Transactions Act shall borrow or lend a means of access, or keep, deliver or distribute a means of access with the knowledge that such means will be used for a crime or for a crime;

The Defendants gathered from Kwikset Service Articles to receive cash cards connected to the account in which the damage source who acquired by deceiving many unspecified persons by deceiving them through the above method is deposited. A.

At around 14:50 on May 28, 2015, the Defendants: (i) one head of Tong, check (S) one, Q Q’s name, and one head of passbook connected to an enterprise bank account in the name of N in the name of N in (O) that was collected in the storage of the goods in each region from May 27, 2015 to May 28, 2015; (ii) one head of passbook connected to the corporate bank account in the name of N in the name of N in the name of N in (O), one cash card (P); and (iii) one head of Tong connected to the corporate bank account in Q Q in the name of N in the name of N in the name of N in the (O); and (iv) one head of passbook connected to the bank account in the name of N in the name of N in the name of N in the middle-gu Seoul.
