A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Criminal facts
On March 18, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year for fraud, etc. at the Daejeon District Court on March 26, 2009, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on March 26, 2009. On November 11, 2009, the Daejeon High Court sentenced two years and six months to imprisonment for a crime of violation of the Act on the Punishment of Sexual Crimes and the Protection of Victims, etc. (Indecent Act by force in relation to relatives), which became final and conclusive on January 28, 2010, and the said suspended sentence becomes null and void, and the execution of the said sentence was completed in the Daejeon District Court on November 19, 2012.
The defendant was living together from March 2014 with the victim C (nive, 51 years of age).
1. On April 22, 2014, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s face by putting the victim’s shoulder over the floor by putting the victim’s shoulder together with the “E” office and the instant 1st floor D (hereinafter “the above fireworks house”), which is located in Daejeon-gu Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-si, and 22:00.
