A is an internal director who exercises overall control over the operation and management of B corporation in the event of Gyeonggi-Pak, and Defendant B is a corporation established for the purpose of printing business, excessive manufacturing and sales business, etc.
1. Defendant A
(a) Any person who intends to operate hazardous chemical sales business related to an unauthorized hazardous chemical sales business shall obtain permission from the Minister of Environment for each type of business, equipped with handling facilities, equipment, technical human resources, etc. meeting the standards prescribed by Ordinance
Nevertheless, from January 1, 2018 to August 28, 2018, the Defendant, without obtaining permission from the Minister of Environment at the aforementioned B’s place of business from January 1, 2018, throughout 128 times, hereinafter “D” products containing 100% of toxic chemicals, toxic chemicals ethyl tons (CAS No. 78-93-3) containing 99.7 to 99.9% of “E” products, nitroethylene containing hazardous chemicals (CAS No. 141-78-6) containing “F” products containing 10% of hazardous chemicals (CAS No. 67-56-1), toxic chemicals containing 10% of hazardous chemicals (CAS No. 108-2959) and sold them in total (CAS No. 9298-295).
(b) Any person who intends to conduct hazardous chemical use business related to an unauthorized hazardous chemical use business shall obtain permission from the Minister of Environment for each type of business equipped with facilities, equipment, technical human resources, etc. meeting the standards prescribed by Ordinance
Nevertheless, from January 2018 to August 2018, the Defendant used hazardous chemicals equivalent to 192,233kg in total, such as D’s products, E’s products, F’ products, and “G’ products, etc., which are hazardous chemicals, as indicated in the attached Table of Crimes (2) without obtaining permission from the Minister of Environment, as raw materials for manufacturing products, such as excessive for printing.
(c) Any person who intends to operate hazardous chemical manufacturing business related to an unauthorized hazardous chemical manufacturing business.
