A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000, and by a fine of KRW 1,000,000, respectively.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

B On December 9, 2011, the Seoul Southern District Court sentenced one year of suspension of execution to six months of imprisonment for special obstruction of performance of official duties, etc., and the judgment became final and conclusive on May 23, 2013.

Defendant

A is the head of the D Trade Union (hereinafter referred to as the "D Labor Union") E, and the defendant B was working as a D Labor Union member.

1. On April 20, 2012, Defendant A’s Defendant F and G, along with F and G, held a joint strike-type outdoor assembly in India from around 14:00 to around 17:20 of the same day at the first place in Seocho-gu Seoul, and submitted a joint demand to the modern headquarters with the number of the union members who participated in the assembly from around 16:05 to around 17:20 of the same day, and departing from the place where the above outdoor assembly reported, Defendant A’s “D workers who take place in the strike in 2012 with a thickness of 1m x 5m)” followed by the F and G card (1m x 1m 5m) stating that “I workers who take place in the strike in 2012, move from the front of the modern headquarters in front of the same 231st century, and, at the same time, the police assigned a so-called “use of the police station to prepare for the protection of the old president’s facilities at that place.”

However, around April 2012, the Defendant reported an outdoor assembly with F and G was “I prior delivery in Seocho-gu Seoul,” and the method of the assembly was not the form of violence, but the form of “Games”.

Ultimately, in collusion with F and G, the Defendant committed an act clearly deviating from the scope of the reported place, method, etc. as the organizer of the assembly and demonstration.

2. Defendant B’s conspiracy with Defendant B’s J, K, L, M, N, andO, K, L, L, M, N, N, andO shall submit a joint demand letter to the modern main company with more than 1,200 staff members attending the assembly at around 16:05 on the same day as the foregoing paragraph 1, and shall leave the first front of the place of the assembly, which is a place of the assembly, and shall follow up plin cards (1m x 5m) stating “D workers who are flicked with a thickness of the assembly, flicked with a thickness of 2012.”
