1. The Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) paid KRW 48,668,474 to the Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) and its related amount from October 24, 2014 to March 25, 2016.

A. On February 8, 2014, the Plaintiff entered into a construction contract with the Defendant to contract the construction of the instant building B (hereinafter “instant building”) on the part of the Defendant in Ansan-gu, Ansan-gu (hereinafter “instant building”). Article 3 (Contract Amount) Article 4 (Method of Payment of Construction Costs)

(1) In cases of a natural disaster, war, or force majeure situation. (3) Where an artificial obstacle, such as a petition by neighboring residents, occurs. (4) Where the air is delayed due to the plaintiff's situation or cause attributable to him/her.
