A building listed in the attached Table 1 (hereinafter referred to as the "building of this case") is a business facility and a collective residential facility building consisting of seven underground floors and nine floors above ground.

The plaintiff is the sectional owner of the building E of this case, the defendant B is the F, and the defendant D is the sectional owner of the building G.

Defendant C is operating a restaurant with the trade name “H” by leasing the instant building F from Defendant B.

The other side of the building of this case and part of the outer wall of the side of the building of this case are glass walls in the form of reticulating the steel mortar.

In addition, the building of this case has a wide structure than the ground floor, and the outside of the outer wall direction of the building of this case is the air space of the original underground floor.

At around 2003, Defendant B, among the first floor of the building of this case, was able to directly access the aggregate building outside the aggregate building from the building F of this case, indicated in drawings 1 and 2, removed part of the concrete outer wall (west side) on the line connecting each point, and installed an exclusive entrance of glass material at the same time.

Defendant C is a lessee of the building F of this case, and the above entrance is used exclusively.

(At least on March 2010, Defendant D, as the first floor of the instant building, had an exclusive entrance of the glass material installed at a separate entrance of the glass material, so that he/she can directly access the building outside the aggregate building in the instant building G.

In order to connect the building of this case from the above entrance to the outside of the building of this case, Defendant D installed a bridge on the part of 6.24 square meters (4.8m x 1.4m m ) in the line, which connects each point in the order of priority.

(E) On the other hand, the plaintiff has installed and used the entrance door of the glass material so that he can directly access the aggregate building of this case, which is his own divided ownership, to the outside.
