On February 11, 2014, at around 20:03, the Defendant: (a) laid down the victim G on the cash payment machine from the Dong Changwon Nonghyup 365 Co., Ltd., located in 27 via the Eup of the window of Changwon-si, Changwon-si; and (b) stolen the Defendant with an agricultural bank passbook located therein.

2. On February 11, 2014, the Defendant: (a) withdrawn KRW 1,550,000 in cash from G’s account twice in the way of inserting a stolen-friendly passbook into cash withdrawal machine at the library 39, a 39-ro 12-gil from the window of Changwon-si, Changwon-si; (b) and (c) inserting a password, as stated in the passbook 1.1.
