1. In light of the following circumstances acknowledged by the evidence duly adopted and investigated by the court, the Defendant may be fully convicted of the instant facts charged.

In other words, (1) A car number plate is colored with a white color after breaking a string on the string, and even if the string of the car number plate is partially off due to traffic accidents, white cannot be opened.

② However, the instant number plate was to be viewed as “6” by connecting the number of “5” and the same as “5.”

③ The Defendant, while attending an investigative agency, had the part attached to him appear to be a complete “5” by reconcing him with a folding color.
