The Defendant, together with B, C, D, and E, conspired with the Defendant to commit an insurance fraud by intentionally inducing a traffic accident, and committing an insurance fraud as if the personal and material injury had occurred due to the negligent traffic accident.

Accordingly, at around 14:55 on July 23, 2017, B, while driving a HM7 car on the front of G located in the Busan Annual Zone F, the Defendant, C, D, and E, the Defendant, D, and E, was found to have driven the HM7 car on the front of the Busan Annual Zone, and without making efforts to avoid this, B, while driving the car at the JJ of I driver, attempted to drive it on the right alley road, the vehicle was driven by by bypassing it from the right runway, and then, I had the victim K corporation receive the insurance accident, and the Defendant, B, C, D, and E claimed the insurance money by driving as if the traffic accident occurred due to negligence.

As a result, in collusion with B, C, D, and E, the Defendant received KRW 1,290,00 from the victim as agreed money from the victim on July 25, 2017 due to the above insurance fraud act, and from that to August 24, 2018, the Defendant acquired insurance money equivalent to KRW 54,507,313 in total from the victims of insurance fraud act eight times from that time, or acquired it from the relevant hospital, vehicle repair company.
