1. The defendant shall pay 300,000,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from June 29, 2014 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. On June 28, 2013, the Plaintiff indicated the claim and lent the amount of KRW 300 million to the Defendant, the due date for payment on June 28, 2014, and the agreed delay damages at 20% per annum.
However, since the defendant does not pay this, it is claimed against the defendant for the above loans and damages for delay.
2. Judgment by public notice for recognition (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
