Defendant

A Co., Ltd. is a corporation that vicariously executes the sales business of E Co., Ltd., and Defendant B is a person who works as the head of the sales office.

1. The advertisements, as described in paragraph 2, are likely to undermine road traffic safety by Defendant A, the head of the sales headquarters of Defendant A Company, were installed to commit the act of violation.

2. No one may display or install an advertisement similar to a signal apparatus or road sign, etc. or in the form of impairing the usefulness thereof, or other advertisement, etc. which is likely to impair road traffic safety, while the defendant shall display or install the advertisement, etc. from around March 25, 2014 to the same year;

4. Until September 19, an advertisement board was installed at a place where advertisements, etc., such as white-do, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-dong, and traffic signal around both-dong, street trees, etc. should not be installed in an urban area, such as in the list of crimes in the annexed sheet.
