The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
1. On October 8, 2016, around 22:00, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s face on two occasions on the floor of hand, on the ground that there was no remaining money from the 1st floor “C” unit of the Songpa-gu Seoul building B, Songpa-gu Seoul, and on the ground that there was no remaining money from the victim D (37 years of age) who is an employee.
2. Determination
(a) Crimes of non-violation of intention (Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act);
B. Withdrawal of the victim's wish to prosecute after the indictment of this case
C. Judgment dismissing public prosecution (Article 327 subparag. 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act)
