At around 11:05 on May 7, 2019, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license, driven a Done Star Co., Ltd. from the front day of the convenience store in Jincheon-gun B to the front day of the same military, at approximately 2 km of the new intersection.

On July 20, 2016, the court sentenced to a suspended sentence of imprisonment by this court on July 20, 2016 after having been sentenced to three times a fine due to driving without a license, and sentenced to a suspended sentence of imprisonment by this court on September 29, 2017 during the suspended sentence period. On August 9, 2018, the court was sentenced to a suspended sentence of imprisonment for four months on May 3, 2018 and was released on August 9, 2018 while the court was sentenced to a suspended sentence of imprisonment, but did not know of the unfavorable circumstances and crimes, such as again committed the instant crime during the suspended sentence period, and was erroneous and inconsistent with the recognition of the criminal act, including the fact that the Defendant again committed the instant crime during the suspended sentence period, the circumstances surrounding driving should be taken into account, the Defendant’s favorable age, character, and behavior, and all the circumstances surrounding the instant crime, including the record and circumstances before and after the instant sentence.
