1. The Defendant’s KRW 30,000,000 for the Plaintiff and its related thereto, 8% per annum from September 11, 2013 to March 10, 2014, and March 2014.

Reasons

1. On March 11, 2009, the Plaintiff borrowed KRW 30 million to the Defendant on March 11, 2009, but the Defendant lost the benefit of time. As such, the Plaintiff demanded the Defendant to return the principal and interest of the loan under the above lending agreement.
