2. After the judgment of the court below, changes in circumstances indicate that the injured person does not want the punishment of the defendant.

However, compared to the sentencing conditions indicated in the records and changes of the instant case, in particular, recidivism during the same period of probation and the reasons for sentencing of the original judgment, the lower court’s punishment is heavy even considering all the circumstances alleged by the Defendant on the grounds of appeal, such as changes in the circumstances

subsection (b) of this section.

3. Conclusion, Defendant’s appeal cannot be accepted.
