1. The Defendant in violation of the Petroleum and Petroleum Substitute Fuel Business Act is a person who operates the “E stations” in Da, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun.

No one shall manufacture, import, store, transport, keep, or sell fake petroleum products.

Nevertheless, around February 21, 2013, the Defendant instructed employees F to make fake petroleum products mixed with light oil and light oil to be delivered to “G” within the oil station, and manufactured approximately 1,500 liters of fake petroleum products mixed with light oil in the normal light oil with about 10%; around 17:45 of the same day, the Defendant carried fake petroleum products manufactured as above on the H dump truck, an oil delivery vehicle, and transported them to the “G office” office located in Seosan City.

On March 28, 2013, the Defendant: “F, the Defendant, at the public service center of the Seosan Police Station located in the Dong and Eup/Myeon in Seosan-si, Seosan-si, in order to have the complainant manufacture and sell fake petroleum products against the Defendant, did not instruct the Defendant to do so; however, around February 21, 2013, the Defendant, who was the Defendant: (a) called the Defendant at the public service center of the Sinsan Police Station, located in Seosan-si; (b) provided that, for the purpose of having the complainant punished, the complainant called the Korea Petroleum Products and filed a false report to the Institute; and (c) provided that, as if there were such facts, the Defendant would not have the

The first day of the investigation of the Seosan Police Station and the first team office of the economy were investigated as a witness, and there was no fact that the Defendant instructed the police officer in charge to make fake petroleum products by mixing F with F 90% via 90% and 10% by mixing it. The F made a false report as if there was such a fact, and made at will the same time to manufacture fake petroleum products.

However, on February 21, 2013, F manufactures fake petroleum products containing 90% of light oil and 10% of light oil at the above E station around February 21, 2013, and then manufactures fake petroleum products 1,500 liters at Seosan City.
