On August 28, 2013, around 15:52, the Defendant committed assault, such as: (a) at the entrance of “D” parking lot in Jincheon-gun, Chungcheongnamcheon-gun; (b) at the entrance of the said parking lot, the victim E (50,00) parked the vehicle in the said parking lot with the mind of the vehicle; and (c) at the time of the dispute, the Defendant committed assault, in the course of the dispute, at the right chest part in hand, one time.

As a result, the Defendant inflicted injury on the victim, such as the failure of both sides of the 14-day medical treatment and the pain of the right completion.
