1. The Defendants jointly share KRW 14,303,980 to the Plaintiff and Defendant B with respect thereto from March 3, 2017.

피고 B은 대전 유성구에서 ‘C공인중개사사무소’의 공인중개사이고, 피고 한국공인중개사협회는 피고 B이 공인중개사의 업무 및 부동산 거래신고에 관한 법률에 따라 중개업자로서 중개행위를 함에 있어 고의 또는 과실로 인하여 거래당사자에게 재산상의 손해를 발생하게 한 때에 그 손해배상책임을 보장하기로 하는 내용의 �제계약을 체결한 공제사업자이다.

On February 29, 2016, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”) with E, the owner, as a broker of Defendant B, as to KRW 130 million in lease deposit, and between February 28, 2016 and February 27, 2018, with regard to KRW 402 in the building of the fourth floor D ground (hereinafter “instant multi-family house”) of the Daejeon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (hereinafter “instant multi-family house”), and obtained a fixed date on March 15, 2017 after completing the move-in report on the same day.

In the description of confirmation of the object of brokerage prepared and delivered by Defendant B at the time of entering into the instant lease agreement to the Plaintiff, the phrase “matters of rights other than ownership” includes the right to collateral of KRW 650 million with the maximum amount of the debt of the Daejeon Credit Cooperative of the mortgagee-mortgage, and the phrase “matters of the right regarding the object that is not actually related to the right or publicly announced” state “the lessee shall be notified of that there is no senior rental deposit as confirmed by the lessor.”

On July 18, 2016, the instant multi-family house and its site commenced with the Daejeon District Court F of the Daejeon District Court, and the said auction court, on February 15, 2017, prepared a distribution schedule stating that KRW 817,532,441 of the amount to be actually distributed was distributed by taking distribution procedures for the proceeds from the sale of the instant multi-family house.
