The request of the applicant for compensation shall be dismissed.

The defendant is a person who operates a real estate consulting firm with the trade name of "(ju) E" located on the 11th floor of the Busan Jin-gu D building in Busan.

In fact, the Defendant did not enter into a contract with the victims to purchase the land AD only at the same time, and even if he received the investment money from the victims, it was the intent to use it as the funds for the operation of the above company. Since there was no intent to use it as the above land sale price, the victims did not have the intent or ability to transfer the shares of the above land normally, the Defendant allowed F, C, G, H, and I, an employee of the above company, to invite investors to invest the land price by stating that the sale and purchase of the above land would be completed immediately.

On August 5, 2008, the Defendant: (a) at the Daejeon Branch Office located on the seventh floor of the Seo-gu Daejeon Daejeon District Court on the seventh floor of the J Building, the Defendant had the said F, C, G, H, H, and I purchase and develop this land in E; (b) he purchases and develops this land in E; (c) he is a natural green belt and is a development area; (d) he/she is entitled to pay a large amount of money to the investors. As soon as the remainder is expected to be set off and the sale of land is completed, the Defendant would transfer the ownership of the land to the investors as equity; and (e) if so, he/she would transfer the ownership of the land to E by dividing and subdividing it into the land. As the X-E enters, it is clearly deemed that it would result in the creation of a sulfur.”

Accordingly, the Defendant, as seen above, by deceiving the victim, received KRW 17,500,000 on the same day as the purchase price with respect to “M, forest and field 165 square meters” from the victim, and thereafter, received KRW 450,410,000 from the victim 25 times in total, from December 12, 2008, as shown in the annexed crime list, from the victim 22, as shown in the annexed crime list.
