With respect to the foregoing case, the first and second pages of the judgment rendered by this court on April 12, 2013 are different.

Reasons

Since there is an obvious clerical error in a judgment, it shall be decided ex officio in accordance with Article 25 (1) of the Regulations on Criminal Procedure.
