Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a business proprietor who operates food service establishments located in Soyang-gu, Youngyang-gu, U.S., U.S. and C and F. E located in Soyang-gu, Soyang-gu E.

Foods, etc., the standards for labeling are determined shall not be sold, displayed or transported for sale, or used for business, unless the standards are indicated.

Nevertheless, from January 2015 to May 26, 2016, the Defendant manufactured and processed food manufacturing and processing business without registering food manufacturing and processing business in the above place, and supplied them to “D” and “F” businesses operated by the Defendant.

1. The former part of Article 37 of the Criminal Act, and Articles 38 (1) 2 and 50 of the same Act, which aggravated concurrent crimes;

1. Articles 70(1) and 69 of the Criminal Act to attract a workhouse.
