The judgment deeming the confession (Articles 208(3)2 and 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act) as the Defendant only submitted a formal reply (written objection) after receiving a written complaint of this case (written objection) and did not appear on the date of pleading without submitting a written reply or written brief stating specific defense methods. Thus, it is deemed that all the Plaintiff’s allegations were led to confession pursuant to Article 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act.
