대여금
1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 1.29 billion and the interest rate of KRW 24% per annum from December 29, 2015 to the date of full payment.
1. The Plaintiff asserts that the Plaintiff loaned a total of KRW 3.2389 billion to the Defendant over 56 times from September 3, 2012 to December 24, 2015, and that the amount not repaid is KRW 1.49 billion as indicated below.
In regard to this, the Defendant borrowed 2.99 billion won from the Plaintiff, and failed to repay 1.2 billion won among them. The Defendant asserts that the Plaintiff failed to repay 1.45 billion won for the loan of 1.49 billion won following the Plaintiff’s assertion.
