On January 28, 2020, at around 06:17, the Defendant driven D-II cargo vehicles with blood alcohol concentration of 0.105% at the section of about 2km from the front road of Gwangjin-gu, Seoul to the front road of the horizontal intersection in the same 467, Jung-gu, Seoul, Jung-gu.
