However, the lower court’s sentencing is not deemed unfair in light of the following: (a) there is no particular change in the sentencing conditions compared to the lower court; (b) the Defendant is the primary offender, and the various sentencing conditions specified in the instant records and arguments.

Therefore, the prosecutor's appeal is dismissed.
