The defendant is a person in charge of maintenance business, such as vehicle board, painting, etc., within the area of Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City C.

The defendant of "2014 Highest 6461" conspired to receive insurance proceeds by means of false receipt of an accident to an insurance company although there is no actual traffic accident, or by reporting it to an insurance company as if the accident occurred, after causing a traffic accident, although there is no actual traffic accident.

1. At around 22:10 on November 3, 2008, the Defendant filed a false report with the Victim Samsung Fire Insurance Co., Ltd. to the effect that the Defendant caused a traffic accident corresponding to the back portion of the H EXE car that he gets driven by, while driving a new car, while he was driving a G new car, while he was driving a new car, and causing a traffic accident corresponding to F, while he was driving the car, and then filed a false report with, the Defendant filed a false report with, Samsung Fire Insurance Co., Ltd. to the effect that the Defendant would have suffered injury due to the said accident.

On November 4, 2008, the Defendant conspired with E and F, by deceiving the victim as such, and received from the victim KRW 1,168,380, and KRW 1,093,780 for E and KRW 1,093,780 for each insurance money, and then, from around that time to April 12, 2013, the Defendant acquired KRW 36,079,080 in total from each damaged insurance company in the same way as shown in the annexed crime list (1).

2. The Defendant either intentionally caused a traffic accident by sharing the role of a harming vehicle and the role of a harming vehicle to I, J, K, L, and M, and conspired to report to an insurance company and distribute the insurance proceeds as if the accident occurred rapidly.
