A. The pertinent Plaintiff (CB) is the employee of the LABD (hereinafter “Nonindicted Company”) and the Defendant is the insurer who entered into a contract with Nonparty Company for employee accident compensation insurance (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”).

B. (1) In the event of an industrial accident, the Plaintiff, according to the direction of the non-party company from November 24, 2016, posted electric wires at the electrical room in Sacheon-si E’s second place of business, along with G at the site manager at the A.M., and in P.M., in G from the first floor above the ground to the first floor above the ground.
