2. The changes in circumstances that have been agreed with the victim after the judgment of the court below are favorable to the defendant.

However, compared with the sentencing conditions as indicated in the records and changes of the instant case and the reasons for sentencing of the judgment of the court below, even considering all the circumstances alleged by the Defendant, including changes in favorable to the Defendant, the sentence of the court below is heavy.
