At around 15:10 on May 3, 2014, the Defendant driven approximately 1.5 km at around 0.107 % of blood alcohol concentration on the roads near Sung-nam City, Sungnam-si, the Cheongnam-si, the Hanam-si, the Hanam-si, the Hanam-si was driving at approximately 1.5 km.
