The defendant is the D representative director of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, who employs 250 full-time workers and operates the above company and operates the hotel service business.
Wages shall be paid at least once a month on a fixed date.
The Defendant did not pay the monthly wage of KRW 25,00,000, monthly wage of KRW 5,000,000 from January 1, 201 to May 1, 2011 of the same year, and KRW 17,50,000,000 from January 1, 201 to May 1, 201 of the same year, monthly wage of KRW 17,50,000, and KRW 15,000,000 from January 1, 201 to May 25, 201 of the same year, monthly wage of KRW 3,00,000 from January 1, 201 to May 1, 201 of the same year.
