However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a knife vehicle in Ireland.

On May 9, 2017, the Defendant driven the above vans around 19:50, and driven the two-lane road in front of the school Dong-dong post office in the front city of the Jeonju-si in order to drive at a speed of about 66.02 km per hour from the south side of the South-west market, depending on one lane towards the peace shooting distance.
