1. The Defendant, from February 21, 2013 to February 25, 2013, operated an illegal game room on the first floor of the building underground of the Daejeon-gu Daejeon-gu Daejeon-gu, the Defendant: (a) installed 119 types of speculative electronic gaming machines, which are not classified by the Game Rating Board; (b) provided it to many unspecified customers; and (c) provided them with 10,000 won in the game machine; and (d) provided players with betting tickets; and (b) paid points on the game screen in which item appeared, the Defendant carried out speculative acts by using the game products, such as allowing them to obtain points automatically and exchange the remaining points after deducting 10% from the acquired points under the fee; and (b) carried out speculative acts by using the speculative electronic gaming machines.

On February 25, 2013, Defendant B, while working as an employee at the above place, provided the said game machine and provided it to a speculative business by providing it without being classified as above, the Defendant: (a) even though being aware of the fact that Defendant A, a business owner, performed the speculative business; (b) controlled access by preparing for the crackdown through a cityr (CCTV) installed outside the game room on behalf of an absentee business owner; and (c) aided and abetted the game room by blocking the entrance entrance of the game room and blocking the control of the said game room; and (d) aided and abetted the game to eliminate the content of the marine-based game practice by blocking the entrance of the game room.
