However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. A crime committed on June 13, 2017;

A. On June 13, 2017, at around 23:20, the Defendant, along with C on June 13, 2017, found one copy of the Samsung Card, the victim F lost, from the non-sing stairs near the E pharmacy located in Dong-si, and did not take necessary procedures, such as returning it to the victim.

As a result, the defendant embezzled the property that was separated from the possession of the victim in collusion with C.

B. On June 13, 2017, the Defendant conspired with C to use the lost credit card in collusion with C, where the name in G cannot be known, 1-A from H Etete in the operation of the victim with whom the name in G cannot be identified. As seen in the foregoing paragraph, the Defendant presented the acquired Samsung Card to the victim as if the lawful holder was a legitimate holder, and had the victim pay for the price of the goods, and its affiliation received property worth KRW 4,500 from the victim, and used the lost credit card.

2) In collusion with C, the Defendant, at the convenience point of the victim’s operation, where it is difficult to know the name I at the time of the Government of the Republic of Korea at around 23:27 of the same day, submitted the Samsung Card acquired as stated in paragraph 1-A to the victim as if the legitimate holder was a legitimate holder, and had the victim pay the price for the goods, and the Defendant was granted property equivalent to KRW 4,500 at the market price, and used the lost credit card.

3) At around 23:31 of the same day, the Defendant conspired with C to use the lost credit card at the convenience store for the victim’s operation where it is difficult to know the name at K at the time of the Government of the Republic of Korea. As seen in paragraph 1, the Defendant presented the Samsung Card acquired to the victim as if the legitimate holder was a legitimate holder, and had the victim pay the price for the goods, thereby receiving property equivalent to KRW 7,400 at the market price.

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with C, received property equivalent to 16,400 won in total by using the F credit card acquired in collusion with C, as above, and lost it over three times in total.
