A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and four months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. Violence;
A. (i) On March 20, 2014, the Defendant found the victim C (or 70 years of age) house in Chungcheongnam-nam Budget-gun on March 20, 2014, and demanded the victim to have the victim lost his/her timber at the above location and caused the loss of the victim’s face, and assaulted the victim’s face at one time on his/her hand, as the victim said that he/she did not know the boom.
