Reasons

1. On December 4, 2015, the Plaintiff indicated the claim and lent KRW 57,00,000 to the Defendant on April 2, 2016, as the due date was determined and lent on April 2, 2016, thereby seeking reimbursement of the principal and interest on the loan.
