1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 44,60,000 and the interest rate thereon from December 15, 2017 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(However, the “creditor” is deemed to be the “Plaintiff”, and the “debtor” shall be deemed to be the “Defendant”). 2. A judgment by service based on the grounds by public notice (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
