However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On February 9, 2014, at around 13:11, the Defendant: (a) made a gap in the E-foreign language private teaching institutes in the E-Korean language D Management of the Victims in Suwon-si C by force; (b) entered into a private teaching institute; and (c) removed KRW 285,200 in cash owned by the victim in a credit cooperative located under his/her book.
