The judgment deemed confession (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act) (Article 208(3) of the Civil Procedure Act) only submitted a formal objection against the original of the payment order by being served with the original copy of the payment order, and did not thereafter present at the hearing date. As such, it is deemed that all the Plaintiff’s assertion was led to the confession under Article 150 of the Civil Procedure Act.
