Punishment of the crime
The Defendants are members of the C Hotel Corporation’s Credit Group (hereinafter referred to as the “Corporation Credit Group”).
Around April 2010, the 43 representatives of the construction companies, including the Defendants, constituted a construction claim group of 13 billion won (in the amount estimated by the Defendants) and registered the transfer of ownership in the name of the construction claim group on the ground of trust for the said hotel building.
