A. On December 3, 2010, 1 E and December 2, 2015, the Plaintiff’s cancellation of the approval for taking office from February 22, 2011 to February 21, 2016 (see, e.g., Supreme Court Decision 201Do328, Jun. 17, 2015); 3 G open directors from July 15, 2010 to July 14, 2015 (see, e.g., Supreme Court Decision 201Do388, Jun. 17, 2015); and 10Do381, Jul. 14, 2015 (see, e.g., Supreme Court Decision 201Do3278, Jun. 17, 2015).

B. The Defendant’s special audit and disposition to revoke approval of taking office 1) The Defendant conducted a special audit of C and D with respect to C and D from May 18, 2015 to May 29, 2015, and conducted a special audit of C and E, F, J, K, and L (hereinafter “five directors, including E,”) on July 31, 2015.

(2) On August 27, 2015, the Defendant notified five directors, including E, of the execution of the hearing to revoke C’s approval of taking office.

(Date of Hearing: On September 10, 2015, the defendant notified the second hearing (date and time of hearing: October 13, 2015; October 13, 2015; and consolidation) to the effect that the second hearing (the date and time of hearing: October 2015; October 13, 2015; and the first hearing and consolidation with I) to revoke the approval of taking office for the first person who was not included in the person subject to the prior disposition on September 23, 2015.

(hereinafter referred to as “six directors, including E,” in total with five directors, including E.). 3 The Defendant shall have six directors, including E, on December 3, 2015.
