1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 54,668,52 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from January 11, 2019 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff seeking the indication of the claim is an employee retired from the Defendant Company engaging in mushroom growing and selling business from June 23, 2017 to December 26, 2018. The Plaintiff is claiming against the Defendant for the payment of KRW 54,68,522, including the total amount of unpaid wages of KRW 49,00,000 and unpaid retirement pay from October 23, 2017 to December 2018.
