The defendant is a bus driver who works for the city bus B.

The Defendant, while drinking alcohol, was sent back to a hospital emergency room located in Gyeongsan-si C by the 119 first aid unit while drinking alcohol.

On November 26, 2016, from around 01:15 to around 01:20, the Defendant expressed the victim in the D Emergency Hospital, while under the influence of alcohol to the members of the 119 first aid unit, and expressed the disturbance to the victim E (38 tax) who is the victim E (38 tax) who is a father of the disturbance and the emergency doctor working at the place of the disturbance, would be fit to the Defendant, and the Defendant was able to walk the victim to the right side of the victim two times with the left hand.
