2. The costs of appeal shall be borne by the Defendants.

A. The Defendants shared 1/2 shares of Jung-gu Incheon Jung-gu International Ground 6th (hereinafter “instant officetels”).

B. On January 2, 2014, Plaintiff B entered into a lease agreement with G referred to as the Defendants’ agent, setting the lease deposit amount of KRW 30,000,000, with the lease term from February 2, 2014 to February 1, 2016, with the lease term of KRW 503,00,000, in which Plaintiff B leased the instant officetel 503 from the Defendants as shown in the following charter agreement (Evidence A).

B paid KRW 30,00,000 on January 2, 2014, KRW 17,000,000 on February 2, 2014, and KRW 30,000 on a total of KRW 10,00,000 on March 3, 2014, and paid KRW 30,000,00 on a deposit basis to the said G, and was handed over by G around that time.

(A) On January 31, 2015, 200, KRW 30,000, KRW 30,000, KRW 203 of Jung-gu, Incheon, Jung-gu, Seoul, the indication of real estate No. 1-1 of A, and Plaintiff A (Signature’s seal) lessee’s agent G (the seal affixed to Defendant E).

C. On January 31, 2015, Plaintiff A entered into a lease agreement between G and G referred to as the Defendants’ agent, setting the lease deposit amount of KRW 30,000,000, with the lease term from the Defendants, with the lease term from February 2, 2015 to February 1, 2017.

A paid KRW 30,00,000 to the above G on January 31, 2015, and KRW 28,000,000 on February 2, 2015, and KRW 30,000,000 on a deposit basis, and paid the full amount of the deposit to the above G, and received delivery from G around that time.
