The Defendant, along with C and D, searched and confirmed the sign-up stating that used cars are sold at a used car selling company via the Internet, and then up the completion of the sale of the pertinent goods on behalf of the owner or owner of a motor vehicle, posted a new sign-up notice on the Internet again, as if Defendant’s daily act is owned by a motor vehicle, or acting as an intermediary for sale on behalf of the owner. The Defendant: (a) reported the fact that Defendant’s daily act was put to the victim who expressed his intention to purchase and confirmed the real property on a used car selling company; and (b) conspireded the victims to commit fraud by making a statement that they would have the right to sell the relevant goods and transfer their normal ownership; and (c) withdrawing the money from the victims by using the so-called “the so-called “the so-called “the one” passbook, which was prepared in advance by the victim, and (d) intended to immediately withdraw money from the victims as the victims sold the used cars on the Internet; and (d) the Defendant and C, by inserting the money from the victims and the victims.

1. The Defendant conspired with C and D as above. Accordingly, D would transfer the ownership of the vehicle to the victim E who was found in the place to purchase the BMW520 car by reporting the writing posted on the Internet bulletin board by the Defendant and C as above in March 21, 2013. As such, D would transfer the ownership of the vehicle to the Defendant’s vehicle.
