1. The Defendant shall deliver to the Plaintiff (Appointeds) and the appointed parties the buildings indicated in the attached list.

Reasons

1. On July 16, 2018, the Plaintiff (Appointed Party) and the designated parties indicated in the attached list set forth in the Defendant as a deposit of KRW 5 million, monthly rent of KRW 1 million, and the lease period from July 26, 2018 to July 25, 2020, and the Plaintiff did not fully pay the rent from July 26, 2019 after the conclusion of the said lease contract. The purport that the said lease contract is terminated by the delivery of a copy of the written complaint of this case and the delivery of the said building is sought.
