However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. Any person who takes over a motor vehicle registered in violation of the Motor Vehicle Management Act shall file an application for the registration of transfer of ownership with the Mayor/Do Governor within fifteen days;

Nevertheless, on September 2016, the Defendant was not in operation due to the failure to pay a fine for negligence to the police officer Jung-gu C on September 2016.

D Even though he/she has taken over a cuss vehicle under the condition to pay an administrative fine, he/she did not apply for the registration of transfer of ownership.

2. On October 2016, 201, the Defendant: (a) manufactured a number plate in front of, and attached a number plate to, a cubed vehicle on which the number plate is kept in custody due to the delinquency in payment of the fine for negligence; (b) manufactured a number plate in front of, and then attached to, the cubed vehicle in front of, the vehicle at the Defendant’s residence located in Seocho-gu, Young-si; (c) opened a number plate in size; and (d) opened a cubic number in a black line; and (c) affixed a number plate in front of, the cubed vehicle in front of, and post the cubed vehicle.

Accordingly, the defendant forged the number plate of the air straw for the purpose of exercising the right.

3. On October 31, 2016, the Defendant exercised a forged air defense by operating a forged number plate, such as paragraph 2, in front of the Moel H located in Young-gu G on the front of the MoelH located in Young-gu G on October 16:20, 2016.

4. No motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Insurance shall be operated on a road;

Nevertheless, the Defendant operated cuss Vehicle to D, which was not covered by mandatory insurance at the same time and place as Paragraph 3.
