1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 50,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from July 2, 2019 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The indication of the claim is as shown in the Appendix of Claim;
(2) The defendant is only a mere formal objection which is delivered the original copy of the payment order in this case and has no content of disputing the plaintiff's dismissal or claim, and the subsequent response was not presented at the date of pleading. Thus, the plaintiff's assertion was not presented at the date of pleading pursuant to Article 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act.
